Julian Leaver is a successful luxury event planner who has a passion for modern etiquette. He learned valuable skills like patience, kindness, and working together during his time in The Boy Scouts of America where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout and was inducted into the elite Order of the Arrow society. He also traveled overseas and worked in different countries and cultures, which taught him to adapt, assess situations, make changes, and navigate different environments.

Julian's fascination with the British Royal family led him to work in America's luxurious hotels and resorts. He was part of a team of highly specialized and motivated sales and service professionals, which reinforced his belief that how you accomplish tasks with grace, patience, and understanding is more important than how you learn, sell, or perform.

Julian then went on to work for Gannett Healthcare and the luxury event industry, where he further honed his customer-focused approach. In 2016, he earned his Certified Protocol Officer designation from The Washington School of Protocol in Washington, D.C.

Julian's goal is to provide modern etiquette tools to those who need them most. He believes that getting it right when it matters most is crucial.
